The opportunity

Ingress Auto Sdn Bhd, a leading automotive company, is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Advisor to join their Proton e.Mas team in Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional sales support and guidance to customers, ensuring a seamless and satisfying purchasing experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Demonstrate and showcase the features and benefits of Proton e.Mas vehicles to customers
  • Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry to final purchase
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends and developments
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the Proton e.Mas brand
