**The Company**

Our client is an innovative and dynamic logistics solutions provider with more than 4000 employees across more than 90 countries and being supported by hundreds of agents globally. The company provides airfreight, sea freight, customs brokerage, local transportation, warehousing, and distribution services. They provide logistics and supply chain solutions to aerospace, automotive, chemical, oil & gas, wine and spirits, and manufacturing industries.

The warehouse supervisor / manager will be reporting to the Contract Logistics & E-Commerce Director and will be based in Port Klang.

**The Warehouse Supervisor / Manager will be responsible**:

- Ensuring that nominated people (at branch level) have the relevant skills.
- Ensuring that the use of tools and processes is properly mastered by his/her teams.
- Communicate with Front, Back Office and managing directors/managers.
- Supervise tender desk activities.
- Set up and focus on operations optimization.
- Lead the process for continuous improvement.
- Ensure customer expectations and demands are being achieved in line with agreed contract and KPI requirements.
- Ensure regular cycle count is conducted in line with customer contract expectations.
- Provide storage and logistic solutions for existing and potential customers.
- Ensure that productivity is maintained to maximize profit on files and exact costs are entered into relevant systems for analysis and reporting.
- Ensure accruals/estimates match the invoices supplied by our suppliers before approving their invoices.
- Carry out implementation for new logistics clients including project management.
- Ensure all procedures and regulations are in line with ISO9001, ISO45001 and ISO14001 requirements.
- Reporting analytics and submission within stipulated dateline.
- Managing QSHE program for the logistics site including reporting / auditing and system compliance.
- Overseeing the warehouse and ensure that the company’s standards and procedures are being met and followed.
- Comply with all BL QHSE Integrated Management System policies and procedures.
- Being informed on all QHSE information provided by the company in accordance with any legislation, code of practice and guidelines and liaise as necessary with the relevant government departments and private bodies.
- In the event of an accident, dangerous occurrence, or a risk of imminent and serious injury or harm to the health of any person at the workplace, report the matter to your senior Manager or Supervisor.

**The Requirements**
- Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain or Engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Contract Logistics
- Specialization in Contract Logistics
- Able to work on tight deadlines
- Strong analytical skill and meticulous
- Good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Very good time management and planning Advanced in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Visio, MS Project is an advantage
- Strong project management, planning and organizational skills
- Commercial sense and results-oriented

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
