**Job Summary**

**Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching and Learning**
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Additional Mathematics to secondary students, following the KSSM syllabus.
- Design and implement lesson plans, assignments, and assessments that align with the learning objectives of the KSSM framework.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support to ensure success in national exams.

**Curriculum Development and Enhancement**
- Develop and refine teaching resources and materials to align with the KSSM syllabus, focusing on higher-order thinking skills (HOTS).
- Incorporate innovative teaching strategies, including the use of technology, to enhance learning outcomes.
- Prepare students for national and international examinations, including mastery of advanced problem-solving techniques required under KSSM standards.

**Student Support and Development**
- Identify and support students requiring additional assistance, tailoring lessons to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills as outlined in the KSSM syllabus.

**Collaboration and Professional Engagement**
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and comprehensive Additional Mathematics curriculum.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and extracurricular activities to support holistic student development.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on best practices and the latest trends in mathematics education, including changes to the KSSM syllabus.

**Classroom and Resource Management**
- Maintain a conducive and organized classroom environment that facilitates focused and effective learning.
- Ensure students use mathematics resources and tools responsibly and effectively during lessons.

**RequirementsEducation**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- A teaching qualification or certification (e.g., Diploma in Education, PGCE) is preferred.

**Experience**
- Proven experience teaching Additional Mathematics at the secondary level.
- Strong familiarity with the KSSM syllabus is essential.

**Skills**
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to excel in mathematics.
- Proficiency in integrating technology into teaching practices to support KSSM curriculum goals.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
