The roles and responsibilities of a Workshop Workshop Admin/Clerk have been listed below:
1. Support administrative management and coordination of related administration functions.
2. Daily, weekly and monthly inventory management duties including organising and collecting
stocks and consumables for stocktaking and assigning of stock to work orders.
3. Responsible invoicing and filing all related documentations.
4. Arrange stock items in store, ensure them to be stacked properly based on assigned locations.
5. Assist to perform monthly physical stock take to cross check with the monthly inventory report in A solute
6. Plan and maintain the store layout according to the stock movement and stock categories.
7. Assist to perform monthly physical stock take to cross check with the monthly inventory report in A solute.
8. Assist to monitor stock movement.
9. To prepare Workshop staff monthly attendance
10. Assist for ordering and purchase new stocks.
Any other tasks, projects or ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time by HOD and Management
**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
