About the role
This is a full-time Admin Clerk position within ERA Motor', a reputable company based in Ipoh, Perak. As the Admin Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the operations of the business, with a focus on data entry and handling customers.
What you'll be doing
- Performing a range of general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and document management
- Maintaining and updating various records and databases to ensure accuracy and currency of information
- Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional and efficient manner
- Key in motorcycle payment and submission
- Renewal of Insurance
What we're looking for
- Strong proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
- Proficiency in using common office software, such as Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the business
- Relevant administrative or customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry
