Responsibilities

  1. Documentation

Efficient handling of Production documentation system

  • To assist executives in updating documents such as BMR and BPR
  • To assist executives in updating SOP, SOP Index Master List etc.

  • Planning

Responsible for general work coordination and administration, documentation and key in raw material/generate outbound for items needed by production.

  1. Training

To ensure relevant training and development are provided for the increase of job knowledge.

  1. Date entry and data collection

To assist executives to key in data for analyzing or improvement purpose.

  1. Administration

Responsible for general work coordination and administration.

  1. Improvement

Always seek for room of improvement in all aspects especially in the aspect of good documentation.

  1. General

  2. To support the implementation and approved changes improvements and innovation to the current methods, process, materials and equipment to meet Company's various business objectives.

  3. Have knowledge on GMP and Lean Manufacturing.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Administration or relevant field with minimum 1 -2 year of working experience in relevant environment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Must know how to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to follow directions accurately
  • Attention to detail and organization skills
