**Responsibilities**:

- **TikTok Content Creation**: Develop and produce engaging TikTok videos to align with brand messaging and drive audience engagement.
- **Social Media Design (Canva)**: Create visually appealing graphics, banners, and promotional content for various social media platforms using Canva.
- **Content Strategy & Scheduling**: Plan, create, and schedule content to maintain consistency across platforms, working with the marketing team.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor content performance, analyze engagement, and adjust strategies to improve results.
- **Trend Awareness & Innovation**: Stay updated on the latest social media trends and design tools to keep content fresh and relevant.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of a Diploma or Degree.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience in TikTok content creation and proficiency in Canva or other design tools.
- Strong creative skills and knowledge of social media trends.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams.
