**Job Title**: Marketing & E-Commerce Sales Manager

We are a dynamic and fast-growing company seeking a motivated and creative **Marketing & E-Commerce Sales Manager** to join our team. If you’re passionate about digital marketing, social media, and driving online sales, this role is perfect for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, develop, and execute **marketing campaigns** across social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to boost brand awareness and sales.
- Manage and grow the company’s **social media presence** through engaging content and consistent posting.
- Collaborate with influencers and partners to drive **influencer marketing campaigns**.
- Create, curate, and schedule **social media content** (posts, reels, videos, stories).
- List, update, and manage products on various **e-commerce platforms** (Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, Amazon, etc.).
- Oversee and process **e-commerce orders**, ensuring smooth customer experiences and timely delivery.
- Monitor campaign and sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend strategies for growth.
- Stay updated with the latest **digital marketing trends** and e-commerce best practices.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, especially TikTok and Instagram.
- Experience with influencer marketing and content creation.
- Familiar with e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
- Creative thinker with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
