**Job Title**: E-Commerce Admin (Full-Time)
**Location**: Gombak, Malaysia
**Working hours**: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Manage Online Storefronts**: Handle product listings, descriptions, and pricing across multiple e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Grab).
- **Order Processing**: Oversee order fulfillment, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- **Customer Service**: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and polite communication.
- **Inventory Management**: Keep track of stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure that product availability is up-to-date on all platforms.
- **Content Creation**: Capture product photos, create promotional videos, and update visuals to enhance product listings and marketing campaigns.
- **Data Entry & Reporting**: Maintain accurate data records of sales, returns, and inventory. Provide regular reports on store performance.
- **Marketing & Promotions**: Assist in setting up promotions, discounts, and other marketing activities on various platforms to boost sales.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep track of market trends, competitors, and platform updates to ensure listings are optimized and competitive.
- **Platform Optimization**: Regularly review and improve product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images for better visibility and conversion rates.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in managing e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
- **Skills**:
- Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and Grab platforms.
- Basic photo and video editing skills for content creation.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
