Regional Marketing Manager

As a Software Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute strategic marketing plans, collaborating with key stakeholders to elevate our brand and generate leads. What you will do
- Develop and execute strategies for two business units (Medical and Software)
- You will be responsible for strategic planning, market analysis, communication, and promotion related to sales actions, events, and trade shows
- Select and manage all trade show activities
- Bring a strategic vision to Materialise customer events
- Recruit customers to attend/present at Materialise events
- Draft and oversee website content tailored to local market needs
- Prepare marketing reports and status updates
- Develop and manage the marketing budget
- Perform other duties as required
- Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business is required; Marketing major and MBA preferred
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and execute projects independently
- Creative and energetic with a positive attitude
- Organized and self-motivated
- Experience in leading a regional marketing team
- Willingness to travel to trade shows and headquarters

Additional skills considered a plus
- Sales experience
- Knowledge of additive manufacturing, rapid prototyping, medical imaging, CAD, or CAE
- Event coordination
- Familiarity with working with or for a European company
