As a housekeeping attendant may also be called a housekeeping maid (or work under the supervision of Housekeeping Manager / Assistant Housekeeping Manager) and performs vital roles for the successful hotel operation. You will work closely together with your colleague to ensure the true citizenM experience is felt by our guests and our fellow employees. The housekeeping attendant is responsible for changing bed linens, replacing towels as well as performing general cleaning of all surfaces in the room and hotel. His / her job description may involve vacuuming, wiping, sanitizing all surfaces. In preparing a guest’s hotel room bed, the attendant must remove and replace dirty beddings and pillowcases to clean, fresh linens. He/ She may also replace the duvet covers for guest depending on any special request as per guest.

Your main tasks are:
Ensure Guest Satisfaction

You will:

- Ensure high quality cleaning service in room or public areas
- Ensure guest preference is met upon arrival and at every visit
- Provide a clean and defect free room for guest
- Response to all guest request in an enthusiastic manner, expedite requests as quickly and effectively as and when receive escalation from handphone
- Practice and promotes effective and timely recovery of guest complaint situations
- Room cleaning as per assignment daily from assigned room (via handphone)

**Salary**: From RM2,200.00 per month

COVID-19 considerations:
All customers & staff are required to wear face mask in the hotel. Staff is required to do antigen self test in the hotel when return back from off day or leave.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
