Job Responsibilities
- Provide good customer service to ensure customer satisfaction, Greet, serve and assist customers in the outlet,
- Introduce and effectively promote all activities (marketing plans, loyalty scheme, promotions) to new & existing clients.
- Work hard to achieve given sales target and expectations
- Perform accurate sales transactions and sales collections.
- Communicate and work closely with the Manager to build sales and teamwork.
- Support all merchandise related processes e.g. deliveries & returns, stock take & cycle counts related processes.
- Support the management of the outlet in daily chores; transaction, complaint & return handling.
- Submit time sheet report to Manager accurately.
- Actively follow housekeeping routines and operational procedures.
- Maintain and assist the shop floor, visual merchandise, stock management & replenishment ensuring products are attractive, up-to-date and consistent with marketing plans.
- Monitor stock’s batch code consistently and update Manager before expiry dates and the accuracy products pricing.
- Take active role in minimizing stock loss and maximizing store security.
- Committed in carrying out instructions or task given by superior.

Working Conditions:

- Retail Consultants will report to the Outlet Manager.
- Work is normally at a typical retail outlet environment.
- Retail Consultants are expected to work in scheduled shifts.
- We have branches in Kedah, Penang, Selangor, Johor Bahru, and Kuantan.

**Requirements**:

- 1 - 2 years of working experience in retail industry is an added advantage.
- School leavers or fresh graduate with some experience in retail industry are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
- Passionate & knowledgeable about the brand.
- Flexible and ready to adapt to the need of the business.
- Willing to constantly learn & develop.
- Proficient knowledge of business systems & latest technology
- Perceptive to customers' needs.
- Able to work on shift, weekends and public holidays

Qualification:

- Secondary School/O Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
