An established jeweller in retailing of gold and jewellery, with four distinguished brands, namely Tomei, Signature by Tomei, Goldheart, and Le Le Lumiere. We are seeking individual who is dynamic, result-oriented and motivated team player to be part of our team for the retail branches.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide excellent customer service to our customers at retail outlet and to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • To be an ambassador for the represented brand and portray a professional image consistent with established image guidelines.
  • To ensure best in the class of store and product management in terms of safety compliance, tidiness, and visual merchandising.
  • To demonstrate and explains merchandise, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs.

Requirement:

  • Minimum qualification of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Jewellery, fashion and beauty retail industry or equivalent.
  • Good sales presentation and customer service skills and with proven sales record.
  • Sales driven and result-oriented.
  • Must be willing to work on shifts (retail hours) / weekends and public holidays.

Work Locations: Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang, Kedah, Perak, Johor, Melaka, Kelantan, Negeri Sembilan, Terengganu, Pahang, Sarawak, Sabah.
