, we're looking for a driven and detail-oriented
E-Commerce & Retail Performance Executive
to grow our digital and retail sales channels. You'll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations, supporting offline retail performance, and executing initiatives that directly impact revenue.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting creative ideas with commercial goals, and takes pride in hitting targets. You'll work closely with the E-Commerce and Retail teams to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, product launches, and omnichannel experiences that convert.
Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to) –
40% – E-Commerce Operations & Growth Strategy
- Manage daily e-commerce site operations and ensure seamless customer experience across devices.
- Support in achieving online sales targets through strong campaign execution, merchandising, and promotion management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings, pricing, and visual assets across and partner platforms.
- Coordinate with Marketing to execute online campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities aligned with the marketing calendar.
- Monitor website analytics and performance (traffic, conversion rate, AOV), flagging opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Assist in executing CRM, loyalty, and retention activities, including eDMs and affiliate marketing programs.
35% – Retail Operations & Merchandising Support
- Coordinate with Merchandising and Retail Operations teams on product flow, inventory levels, and replenishment plans.
- Support retail stores in achieving sales targets by providing insights on bestsellers, stock allocation, and visual merchandising readiness.
- Assist in preparing sales and performance reports, highlighting key trends and recommendations.
- Ensure alignment between HQ, warehouse, and stores for stock transfers, launches, and events.
10% – Campaign & Content Execution
- Execute digital updates (banners, homepage, product features) to support campaign launches and promotions.
- Stay current with e-commerce and social trends to suggest fresh ideas that drive engagement and conversion.
10% – Analytics & Reporting
- Track weekly sales performance and KPIs across online and offline channels.
- Prepare summary reports and insights for management review.
- Assist in developing data-backed action plans to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.
5% – Projects & Cross-Functional Support
- Support e-commerce and retail projects, including new feature rollouts, pop-ups, or store events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational readiness for launches and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in e-commerce, merchandising, or retail operations (fashion or lifestyle preferred).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Shopify, Excel/Google Sheets, and digital analytics tools.
- Familiar with Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and eDM platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- A proactive self-starter who enjoys problem-solving and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
