Position : Risk Analyst - English speaker
Working Hour : 24/7 Rotational Shift
Working Location : KL Sentral

**Salary**: up to RM 4000 (Basic)+ Language Allowance + Night Shift Allowance

**Responsibilities**:

- Review appeal cases received from the business line and customers to determine if users can be removed from the blacklist. Cases with supporting proof documents will be sent through the CMS system for analysis.
- Conduct post-manual review of completed transactions flagged as high-risk, considering factors such as the source of the case (e.g., model, blacklist backtrack) to assess potential fraud.
- Understand the business models of different business lines to accurately evaluate risks during manual reviews. Consider user behavior analysis beyond individual transactions.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to promptly share fraud trends with the fraud strategy team and take immediate action.
- Document the steps, actions, and results of user analysis in the SOP.
- Regularly update and refine the SOP to achieve high accuracy in case evaluation.
- Evaluate pending review transactions, which are held for a specific duration, to assess the risk level before accepting them.
- Handle customer escalation cases by checking rejection reasons, conducting user analysis, and responding to users with standard replies.
- Follow the SOP guidelines for relevant outcomes, including proactive whitelisting, user release, and document submission actions.
- Adhere strictly to chargeback operation SOPs and requirements, preferably with experience in chargeback handling. Ensure timely completion of representing cases within the pre-set time frame, accurately gathering and matching representing documents to the case.
- Protect the ecosystem, prevent fraudulent activities, enforce Terms of Service (TOS) and policies, and ensure compliance across a global user base of millions.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or above
- Minimum 6 months with relevant experience in fraud review and analysis
- Knowledge in e-payment/e-wallet

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
