Principal Functional Responsibilities
- Provides ticket support for the various services provided by Global Client Services group:

- Desktop Services
- Printer Services
- Mobile Services
- Telephony Services
- Network Services
- Asset management
- Tools Application Inventory,
- Server Administration support
- General Office and Document Support
- Key Results Area includes but not limited to : End-User IT equipment set-up, problem resolution, IT requirements acquisition and IT Asset mgmt..
- Technical support includes installation and troubleshooting of computer systems and peripherals within established guidelines from its acquisition until its retirement or disposal
- Factory technical support for non-office equipment e.g. barcode scanners, barcode printers, WLAN setup for factory, etc
- Tasks also includes responding to employee’s inquiries, resolving customer complaints, assists in the processing and fulfillment of items procured.
- Provides product training to employees, discuss technical aspects about the unit and oversee the smooth
- Other tasks handled: User ID compliance, Storage reporting, Computer AD Cleanup, Patch Deployment for Ivanti, Software Deployment and Installation and Share Access management
- Ensures that set metrics are achieved (SLO, SLA, MTTR, CSAT, etc.)
- And other tasks that maybe assigned.

**Education/Language**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology and other related courses

**Experience/Skills**
- 0 - 5 year experience supporting Windows10 desktop/laptop PCs
- Experience troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing hardware on both desktop and laptop PCs
- Experience installing software, patches, updates on desktops and/or laptops,
- Experience troubleshooting basic network, software, printing problems

**Specific Knowledge**
- Demonstrated systems and process knowledge
- Strong knowledge of MS Windows 10 Operating Systems, MS Office Applications (2016, office365)
