To support and assist by ensuring that a number of tasks are carried out on site with regard to Safety, Environment and Efficiency and to assist the Site Agent, Engineer and Foreman with the efficient and effective running of the site. The Fiber Optic Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising in-house and contractor fiber techs to ensure the highest quality of work by field inspection and quality control.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Maintain a register of operatives and staff on site detailing their training records.

2. Identify training needs of site personnel and inform them of upcoming training booking.

3. Liaise with the Foreman to complete staff wages in draft and finalize with the Site Agent.

4. Ensure all paperwork and posters are displayed on the site office wall and kept up to date.

5. Ensure all reported near misses are recorded following procedure and submitted each week.

6. Ensure all Safety and Environmental Statistics are recorded and sent to management monthly.

7. Ensure current revisions of drawings are the ones being used on the site.

8. Upload relevant site information onto Envoy, ensuring Cascade registers are completed and returned.

9. Maintain a site diary, site correspondence file and photographic record of the project.

10. Produce and display a roles and responsibilities chart, establishing the responsibility for each role on site.

11. Supervised the installation and termination of fiber optics.

12. Managed and organized the installation of both aerial and buried cabling to provide interconnectivity.

13. Coordinate project schedules, updating site progress status to Project Manager.

14. To perform site survey and prepare scratch drawing for drafter to design and prepare technical proposal.

15. To attend COC with clients.

16. Always complying with OSHA safety standards.

17. Create and implement technical inspection and quality assurance procedures at site, communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

**Educational Requirements**

1. Minimum STPM and above

2. Additional : Based at Southern region

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
