(A) MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

  • Responsible all Sub contractors, Health and Safety, Labour, Plant / Vehicles and Materials.
  • Monitor sub-contractor's architectural work to achieve the targeted progress as per work program.
  • Inspect site work, supervise, and guide the sub-contractor to ensure achievement of targeted completion date as per work schedule.
  • To check all construction drawings and highlight any discrepancies.
  • To arrange, inspect and monitor construction works by casual workers and subcontractors.
  • To arrange for proper unloading and storage of materials.
  • To assist Project Engineer on the arrangements of all site materials, equipment and labours for daily works.
  • To monitor and manage construction activities of appointed sub-contractors at site(s) to ensure completion of work

(B) COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

Education Level

  • Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or any related field.

Working Experience

  • At least (1) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Special Knowledge / Skill

  • Able to read & write in English & Malay.
  • Possess a professional disposition and good attitude.
  • Able to undertake pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Any other job as relevant will be assigned from time by the supervisor or management.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
