Job Summary:

The OSP Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the construction, installation, and maintenance of outside plant fiber and copper network infrastructure. This role ensures that all on-site work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily site operations for OSP projects.
  • Monitor and coordinate with client and subcontractor to ensure adherence to project specifications, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with permits and local authority requirements.
  • Track project progress, material usage, and manpower; report updates to the Project Manager.
  • Identify and resolve site issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure the proper use and maintenance of tools, vehicles, and equipment on site.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports, site diaries, photo documentation and assist team members on project.
  • Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols.

Additional Skills:

- Experience / familiar in Telco field

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
