Work as a Customer Service Officer - CSO (Lane Marshal) in a bowling center.

**Job description for a lane marshal:

**Customer Service**: Greeting customers and providing friendly and professional assistance. Answering questions, providing information about the facility, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

**Lane Maintenance**: Monitoring and maintaining the condition of the bowling lanes and equipment. This includes regularly inspecting the lanes for damage, cleaning and oiling the lanes, and ensuring proper functioning of the scoring systems and automatic pinsetters.

**Safety Enforcement**: Enforcing safety rules and regulations to ensure the well-being of customers. This includes ensuring that players adhere to proper bowling etiquette, wearing appropriate footwear, and using equipment safely.

**Equipment Assistance**:Assisting customers with selecting and setting up the correct bowling balls, adjusting ball weights, and providing guidance on proper techniques and strategies.

**Problem Resolution**:Resolving customer complaints, conflicts, or issues that may arise during their bowling experience. This may involve addressing technical difficulties with equipment, lane malfunctions, or any other concerns.

**Working Time:

**Shift 1 : 9.30AM - 6.00PM**
**Shift 2 : 4.00PM - 12.30AM**
**Every week rotational Shift

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
