**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Review, verification and follow-up of supplier onboarding forms and questionnaire
- Coordinate with various business owners for information, approvals and onboarding training as necessary
- Maintain supplier data per procedures and approved process
- Create, analyze reports for discrepancies and doing supplier maintenance
- Understand the local/country requirements/ documentation requirements and train suppliers for onboarding completion.
- Train internal business owners (requesters, commodity managers, other business stakeholders)
- Follow-up for data and other system related requests, to meet deadlines.
- Provide administrative support for all supplier related requests, coordinate with internal procurement teams on ERP related supplier conversions and any other task as necessary

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in any related field with minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience
- Knowledge of SAP/Oracle Cloud
- Excellent verbal and written in English, Chinese
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel
- Excellent communication skills, good business acumen, strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
- Ability to understand a problem, structure the analysis needed to solve it and come up with innovative and insightful solutions and recommendations
- Ability to work in a complex, matrix environment dealing with changes
