Arrange local and external transportation as per in Transportation Request Form issues by PE or Chemist
- Deal with transporter for the rate and truck details
- Arrange for mobile crane if needed
- Liaise with agent for the custom declaration
- Involve in logistics arrangement for project mobilization and demobilization
- Liaise with agent for vessel schedule, declaration and clearance, and delivery to door (import/ export)
- Issue/ revise CIPL as per PE provide and include HS Code for import/export purpose, issue COO if needed and submit to FMM for approval
- Attend project mob at PKFZ to monitor pull out progress on weekend
- Assist Proposal Team for logistics cost if requested
- Do new procurement task upon HOD/ leader instruction
- Submit payment request to Account Dept. based on advance payment term/ cash/ COD
- Issue GRN in system once DO receive from Warehouse/ requestor
- Submit GRN report and related documents to Account Dept. for payment

**Job Requirement**
- At least Degree in Logistic or experience in related field
- Minimum 2 year working experience in Logistic Field
- Good command in English, writing, reporting and speaking skills.
- Good technical, interpersonal and communications skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Able to oversee other related scope of work such as Documentation, Logistic & Co-ordination.
- Possess good negotiation skills, analytical and commercial inclined.
- Well-developed communication skills and ability to liaise with various levels of management, clients and employees
- High level of computer literacy and reporting capability

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
