As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our clientele base. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals within the logistics sector. Your expertise in sales combined with your understanding of logistics operations will contribute to our overall success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and qualify potential clients within the logistics industry, focusing on courier services, freight forwarding, custom brokerage, transportation, and e-fulfillment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements and exceed service expectations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales within the logistics industry, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding in any aspect of courier services, freight forwarding, custom brokerage, transportation, and e-fulfillment operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to fluently communicate in multiple languages preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events as required.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Outspoken and confident personality with a passion for driving business success.

**Working Location**

1) UOA Business Park, Section U1, Shah Alam.

2) Berjaya Industrial Park, Sek 32, Shah Alam.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
