Job Responsibilities:
- Provides excellent services and establish long term business relationships with existing customers
- Ensure close follow-up with customers to close the sales deal
- Provide support and after-sales service to customers, including problem solution, provide advice / consultancy, attend enquiries, complaints, and order by regular visits to maintain a good relationship
- Prepare action plans for effective search of new and prospects customers
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
- Assist in developing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and case studies.
- Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and reputation.
- To conduct effective presentation, work out the best proposal and negotiate pricing with customers
- To assist in planning of sales strategy to achieve the annual business plan
- Identified new markets and business opportunities
- Perform site office / visit on assigned basic of needed
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the product development team based on market needs and client feedback.
- Track and report on sales performance, including key metrics such as revenue, client acquisition, and retention rates.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Continuously evaluate sales processes and strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Plan and execute promotional events in the physical store, such as special sales, product launches, and exhibitions.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as and when assigned by Management
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2 – 3 years' experience in FMCG Field.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, including digital marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools & software and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel outstation and oversea.
