Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer support: Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries, order returns, provide information, and manage client accounts.
  • Sales operations: Coordinate daily ecommerce & WhatsApp's sales activities, process orders, and ensure a smooth workflow between customers and internal teams.
  • Administrative tasks: Maintain customer records, manage sales documentation, and potentially assist with generating sales reports.
  • Product Listing & Description: Assist in maintaining the accuracy of product information and content on the website.
  • Logistics coordination: Follow up on deliveries and ensure payment collection is handled properly.
  • Other Ads hoc jobs - Handling teams member jobs while they are away. Any emergency task assigned by Head of Department

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related filed preferred
  • 1 year Experience in managing Shopee, Lazada and TikTok stores.
  • Able to multitask and independence in work.
  • Fluency in both Chinese and Bahasa Melayu (written & spoken)
  • Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and Twitter marketing
  • Strong multitasking abilities, with an independent work ethic
