What You Will Do:

  • Reply to customers on Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, answer inquiries, and convert leads into sales
  • Follow up with customers, guide them to repeat purchases, and manage customer groups.
  • Manage and build strong relationships with online dealers, ensuring alignment on pricing, campaigns, and promotional activities to maximize visibility and sales performance.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, track logistics, and handle after-sales service.
  • Record daily sales data and customer information
  • Candidates with e-commerce customer service/sales experience will be given priority consideration
  • Responsible for the execution and implementation of e-commerce activities, including product listing, price updates, promotions, and campaign banner management.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing and Sales teams to ideate, plan, and execute impactful campaigns and promotional strategies across all e-commerce platforms.
  • Monitor, analyze, and prepare reports on sales performance, dealer activities, campaign results, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Keep up-to-date with marketplace trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to identify opportunities and strategies for growth.

What We Look For:

  • Experience in IT retail industry is highly preferable.
  • Candidates with product management background are also encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum 8 years in e-commerce or related field.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
