Job Description ;

  • Maintaining and updating the company website by ensuring product listings, images, and content are up to date
  • Create and distribute content on Social Media channels
  • Prepare and creating detailed weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Manage customer service across multiple channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, company website and brand awareness
  • Managing email marketing campaigns, social media strategies
  • Gathering feedback from customers and implementing improvements
  • Improve E-commerce traffic, ad hock new activity and manage rewards to customer
  • Incharge of events & marketing materials
  • In charge of order, delivery, collection and sales report by data for directors meeting
  • Work with area distributors for Delivery Operator Billing

Education & Background ;

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing/E-Commerce, or related fields
  • Minimum 2-4 years of work experience in Marketing/E-Commerce or related field
  • Strong interest and passionate to work in the manufacturing industry.
  • Communicates effectively both orally and in writing
  • Positive attitude, enthusiastic and outgoing
  • Self-motivated and strong work ethic
  • People-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva or mobile apps like InShot or CapCut.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
