The candidate will help create engaging content and assist in daily live stream operations across marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok to boost brand visibility and sales.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Content Creation & Video Production

Assist in video shooting, editing, and posting on TikTok and other social platforms.

Create engaging and product-focused content to promote campaigns and new launches.

Research and recommend trending sounds, hashtags, and video formats for brand relevance.

Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

2) Live Stream Operations

Support daily live stream setup (lighting, product arrangement, camera angles, and connection checks).

Assist in Shopee Live and TikTok Live sessions – handle comments, giveaways, and coordination.

Ensure all live content aligns with the campaign calendar and brand tone.

3) Social Commerce & Campaign Support

Upload and maintain product listings (descriptions, prices, visuals) on TikTok Shop and Shopee.

Help manage affiliate / KOL seeding activities and track performance results.

Support execution of social campaigns (e.g., PayDay, 11.11, product launches).

TO BE A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

Pursuing a degree in Mass Communication, E-commerce, Marketing or any related field.

Basic knowledge of E-commerce industry is a plus.

Interests in social media and e-commerce.

Basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Canva, or similar tools).

Creative, responsible, and able to work well in a team.

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
