  • Upload and update product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing) on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, WooCommerce), ETC.
  • Ensure product information is accurate and SEO-optimized.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse or suppliers to prevent stock outs.
  • Process incoming customer orders and ensure timely dispatch.
  • Coordinate with logistics and shipping partners.
  • Track orders and handle any delays or delivery issues.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
  • Handle complaints, returns, and refund requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • SPM & Above
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Excel / Google Sheets – for inventory, sales reports, and data entry
  • Word / Docs – for preparing reports or documents
  • PowerPoint / Slides – for presentations or marketing proposals

Working Hour:

Monday-Friday (8:00 AM- 5:00 PM)

Saturday (8:00 AM- 1:00 PM)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month

Work Location: In person
