Receives, review, and processes of medical report requests from patients and patients' appointed representatives, insurance companies, or legal bodies.
- Ensures all requisitions are completed with submission of the required documentations such as valid consent and necessary supporting documents (e.g., NRIC, authorization letter).
- Liaises with Consultants/Clinicians for completion of reports and ensure timely follow-up.
- Updates and maintains a medical report tracking system to monitor the request and completion status.
- Collects and issues completed medical reports to patients or authorized parties.
- Acts as the porter for the transportation of relevant medical reports documents from or to the internal customers as and when required.
- Ensures compliance with PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) in handling patient data.
- Maintains confidentiality and professionalism in all dealings with patients and third parties.
- Undertakes other related duties within the scope of this role as directed by the Medical Records Executive (MRE) & Quality Assurance Manager.
