- Mengambil pesanan makanan dan minuman serta menyampaikan kepada dapur.
- Memberi cadangan makanan kepada pelanggan jika diperlukan.
- Menghidangkan makanan dan minuman tepat pada masanya dan mengikut piawaian restoran.
- Memastikan kawasan makan dan meja sentiasa dalam keadaan bersih.
- Menangani aduan atau permintaan pelanggan dengan baik dan segera.
