We are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as **Service Crew**. As the frontliners of our restaurant, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and maintaining smooth daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Operate the cash register and handle payments.
- Ensure the dining area, counter, and service stations are clean and well-organized at all times.
- Assist in preparing food or beverages if required.
- Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels.
- Follow all hygiene and safety standards in accordance with company policies.
- Support team members during peak hours and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Handle customer feedback or complaints calmly and professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent (fresh graduates and school leavers are encouraged to apply).
- Friendly, positive attitude with good communication skills.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong teamwork and punctuality.
- Prior experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage but not required.
