**The critical Job Functions of a Risk Management, Executive are as follows**:
**1. Accurate and Updated Risk Registers**
- Assist the Head of Department (GRC) in maintaining and updating Risk Registers for TLP Terminal.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on risk management activities and updates.

**2. Effective Risk Management Training and Implementation**
- Assist in conducting training sessions for individual departments on the implementation of risk management processes, such as Risk Assessment.
- Share insights and best practices for risk management during training sessions.

**3. Comprehensive Insurance Management**
- Liaise with the insurance broker to follow up on matters related to insurance renewal, coverage, sum insured, or claims.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings to discuss TLP Terminal's insurance matters and ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed.

**4. Support and Execute Governance, Risk & Compliance Tasks**
- Undertake any other tasks and assignments relevant to the function of the Governance, Risk & Compliance Department as directed by the Head of Department and/or JCorp.

**5. Access and Update GRC Information Systems**
- Utilize authorized access to JCorp's CURA GRC System to update TLP Terminal's Risk, Compliance, and Business Continuity Management Information on a periodic basis.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
