**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Leadership**: Develop and implement detailed project plans for expansion initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct thorough field research to identify new opportunities for growth and develop strategic plans for market entry.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, effectively communicating project progress and negotiating operational terms.
- **Risk Mitigation**: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and compliance with industry regulations.
- **Financial Oversight**: Manage project budgets, conduct financial analysis, and provide insights to support cost-effective resource allocation.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**: A bachelor's or associate degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- **Industry Experience**: At least 5 years of experience in Project Management or Business Development, preferably with exposure to the automotive sector.
- **Market Knowledge**: Strong understanding of automotive industry trends and regulatory landscape.
- **Project Management Skills**: Proven track record of successfully managing complex expansion projects.
- **Business Acumen**: Sharp commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Skilled in using project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- **Language**: Proficiency in written and spoken **English & Mandarin** (to liaise with mandarin-speaking clients). Male are preferred

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
