Job Description
Planning, coordinating, and supervising infrastructure and earthwork projects.

  1. Project Leadership

  2. Lead the project team in all construction and safety matters and assist in post-contract management.

  3. The project team includes:

    a. Site Agent

    b. Project Executive

    c. Contract Executive

    d. Senior Site Supervisor

    e. Site Supervisor

    f. Safety Officer

    g. Safety Supervisor

  4. Reporting

  5. Report project progress and status to management regularly.

  6. Project Management

  7. Time Management: Develop and expedite the work program, ensuring proper sequencing and methods of work.

  8. Attend client and consultant meetings.
  9. Organize meetings with subcontractors and suppliers.
  10. Coordinate with the Contract, Safety, and Resources Departments on site matters.

  11. Project Implementation

  12. Ensure proper project and contract documentation.

  13. Coordinate and resolve technical issues among all relevant parties.
  14. Handle CPC/CMGD applications and related documentation.
  15. Assist in progress and subcontractor claim certification, variation orders, abortive works, and final account matters.

  16. Quality Management

  17. Oversee pre-planning and project implementation.

  18. Ensure material testing and site inspections are carried out.
  19. Ensure compliance with Hwa Hin's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

  20. Resource Management

  21. Plan and manage resources in accordance with the approved budget.

  22. Plan and allocate subcontractor workforce effectively.
  23. Ensure project teams carry out works according to Hwa Hin SOP.
  24. Assist the HQ Resources Department in handling materials, manpower, machinery, and equipment.
  25. Support and promote Hwa Hin's safety policies and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in infrastructure or earthwork projects.
  • Knowledge of construction methodologies, project scheduling, and site coordination.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management software (preferred).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel to project sites when required.
