**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the budgets, staffing, and strategic and operational direction of shops
- Determining product mix and service standards;
- Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions;
- Promote products and cooperate with the promotion activities provided by the headquarters；
- Controlling selection, training, and supervision of staff;
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
