**Job Purpose**:
Ecommerce admin work as front line of support for clients and customers and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features. Admin also responsible for all the ecommerce team admin task.
**Responsibilities**:
- To assist and resolve customers order issues or enquiries such as request for exchange, return, refund, and product damage/defect via call/ chat/ Whatapps or etc.
- To reply on customer chat and provide them with suitable product to solve customer problems, also to upsell customer with the suitable product. Respond with concisely, efficiently, and friendly.
- To help on other operation task such as picking, packing, etc. if request by superior or when there is lack of staff.
- To assist in office general administration task, such as monitor the expenditure, office equipment and cleanliness maintenance, office utility follow up, meeting room preparation, photocopying, guess greeting, etc.
- Any other duties when required by management that related.
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 year experience in customer service role.
- Experience in eCommerce or Social Media role is an added advantage
- Proficient with Microsoft office Applications, Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, some of Video editing skill is an added advantage.
- Working Day: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm / Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
