**Role Overview**:
The Sales & Marketing Property Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting real estate sales and marketing efforts. This position involves a combination of administrative tasks, client communication, and marketing coordination. The assistant works closely with real estate agents, property managers, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and effective property promotion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Communication**:

- Schedule property showings and coordinate with clients and agents.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Prepare and organize property-related documents, including contracts, listings, and disclosures.
- Update property databases and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with paperwork related to property transactions.
- **Marketing Coordination**:

- Collaborate with marketing teams to create property listings, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Manage social media accounts and online listings for properties.
- Coordinate open houses and other marketing events.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct research on local real estate market trends, property values, and competitive listings.
- Assist in analyzing market data to determine pricing strategies.
- **Property Showings**:

- Accompany real estate agents during property showings.
- Provide information about properties to potential buyers.
- **Event Planning**:

- Assist in organizing real estate events, such as property launches, seminars, and networking sessions.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on property status.
- Address client concerns and inquiries promptly.
- **Database Management**:

- Update and manage client databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Organize leads and follow-up activities.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require additional certifications or real estate courses).
- Good communication skills in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
- High Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
