**Job Brief: Property Group Sales Manager**

We are seeking a professional Property Group Sales Manager to lead and develop our property sales team and manage client relationships. This role involves developing new property sales strategies, guiding the sales team, and achieving sales targets both individually and as a group. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the property sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and develop a new property sales team.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide coaching and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure the sales team maintains high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- Achieve sales targets both individually and as a group.
- Act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, providing guidance and assistance in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
- Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions.
- Facilitate negotiation processes and advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealings.
- Manage property auctions or exchanges.
- Maintain and update listings of available properties.
- Develop networks and collaborate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors.
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
- Stay informed about real estate markets and best practices.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Interest in the Real Estate industry.
- Prior sales experience is an advantage.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
- Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Pleasant and trustworthy demeanor.
- Familiarity with MS Office.
- Social media advertisement skills.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
