Sales Executive

Engage with prospects at property galleries, exhibitions, roadshows, and other events to drive sales opportunities.
- Actively source, meet, and convert potential prospects into clients, ensuring successful sales closures.
- Identify business opportunities by analyzing prospects' positions within the property market.
- Respond to inquiries from walk-in and call-in customers while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Prepare, complete, and review all necessary documentation and forms for sales transactions.
- Conduct market research to monitor trends, understand market demands, and evaluate comparable property prices.
- Update and submit weekly/monthly sales reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Stay informed about real estate market developments and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
**Our expectations**:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the property industry.
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong product knowledge and excellent skills in strategic prospecting, negotiation, and communication.
- Willingness to work on weekends when necessary.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
