**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive specializing in the subsale property market. This role focuses on developing mortgage sales through existing property owners, agents, and buyers in the secondary market. You will assist clients in securing the best financing options while building strong relationships within the real estate community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop mortgage business opportunities within the subsale property market.
- Build strong networks with property agents, lawyers, valuers, and referral partners.
- Assist clients in selecting suitable mortgage packages based on their financial profile and property type.
- Coordinate closely with internal credit, operations, and legal teams for seamless case handling.
- Proactively follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to meet monthly sales targets.
- Attend agent briefings, roadshows, and property exhibitions to promote mortgage offerings.
- Stay updated on mortgage guidelines, bank policies, and subsale property market movements.
- Prepare regular sales and progress reports for management review.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in mortgage sales, property sales, or real estate agency (subsale experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, credit assessment, and property transactions in Malaysia.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client-servicing skills.
- Sales-driven with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin would be an advantage).
- Must possess own vehicle and be willing to travel to meet clients/agents.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
