**Duties and Responsibilities**

**Internal Sales roles**:

- To build, organize and lead a team of Internal Sales in Malaysia to drive growth
- To set and track sales with healthy margin
- To identify and implement continuous process improvement initiatives, share ideas to enhance the performance of the position, team and company
- To report on sales metrics and suggest improvement in area of gross profit
- To ensure all data is captured and tracked are entered into SAP system
- To coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
- To support marketing department on strategies for running various campaigns
- To participate in customer visits and proactively identify area for improvement
- To develop and maintain networks across the assigned constituency
- Orientation for new employees

**Logistics roles**:

- To set up the processes and procedure of supply chain activities
- To ensure all policies are compliance to the legal and statutory requirement
- To monitor head office/suppliers on the products quality and delivery requirement
- To lead the buyer and support both planning and purchasing of tools or other materials
- To perform material sourcing, vendor selection and procurement activities
- To manage daily operations independently, efficiency and align with company’s direction
- To approach daily problem solving and continuous improvement opportunity
- To ensure that the inventory is 100% accuracy

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM11,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Senior / Internal Sales Executive: 3 years (required)
