Sales & Business Development Executive / Intern

**Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy & Planning**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry knowledge.
- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**:
- Drive new client acquisition efforts by identifying prospects, pitching services, and negotiating deals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and manage post-sales services.
- **Business Development**:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Maintain an understanding of industry trends and competition to position the company’s offerings effectively.
- Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with other businesses to support revenue growth.
- **Sales Performance Tracking**:
- Monitor sales performance and provide reports on progress, pipeline, and forecasts to senior management.
- Utilize CRM tools for tracking leads, customer interactions, and sales progress.
- **Product/Service Knowledge**:
- Stay up-to-date with product or service developments to ensure the ability to effectively communicate value to clients.
- Provide feedback to product development teams on client requirements and market trends.
- **Marketing Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand awareness activities.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials and sales collateral.
**Job Requirements**:
- **Education & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field but not a must.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- **Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales processes and strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- **Technical Proficiency**:
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).would be a plus.
- Understanding of market dynamics, competition, and customer behavior.
- **Additional Qualities**:
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively.
- Highly motivated with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and conferences as needed.
Pay: RM1,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
