Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely fulfilment.
- Liaise with the operations team to ensure on-time delivery and resolve logistics issues.
- Conduct customer meetings for product listing, sampling, pricing, and terms negotiation.
- Address customer inquiries promptly (e.g., providing certifications, documents to support sales operation).
- Plan and execute in-store promotions, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
- Support NES promotional activities.
- Monitor stock levels, identify aging stock, and escalate for action.
- Generate and analyze sales reports from ERP system (e.g. track sales performance etc.) and operate ERP system to support sales related activity (e.g., issue Purchase Requisitions etc.).
- Maintain and update annual ISO compliance documents for the sales department.
- Ensure all sales processes adhere to company and regulatory standards.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM800.00 per month
