Key Responsibilities:
Administration & Accounts
- Help with day to day invoice issuance, payment vouchers, and basic bookkeeping support.
- Monitor outstanding payments and assist with collection follow-ups.
- Assist in maintaining office and administrative functions: utility tracking, asset records, and staff enquiries.
- Support preparation of monthly reports for management.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and company events (e.g., team building, festive events, workshops).
- Prepare basic financial summaries related to online campaigns, sales, and influencer payouts.
- Assist in the preparation, payment, and proper recording of taxes including SST and Withholding Tax.
- Assist in the account audit process by organizing supporting documents and maintaining accurate ledger records for review and compliance purpose.
- Oversee and conduct accurate audits of Google and Meta advertising fees to ensure proper billing, cost tracking, and alignment with project team expenditures.
Human Resource Support
- Help manage employee records and maintain accurate HR databases.
- Assist in the preparation of HR letters, memos, and disciplinary documents.
- Support HR functions including compensation management, employee training coordination, and onboarding of new hires to ensure smooth workforce operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Admin, or a related field.
- At least one year of working experience in a related industry is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Familiarity with systems (AutoCount, Xero) is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
