Become an integral part of our Property Management team, where your dedication to detail and proactive approach will support the smooth functioning of our properties and enhance tenant experiences.

What's your job scope like?

  • Work closely with the Tenancy Management Officer to oversee and ensure the smooth running of property-related operations, from maintenance requests to tenant inquiries, gaining hands-on experience in property management.
  • Act as a point of contact for tenant or owner concerns, assisting in problem-solving and enhancing service delivery, while building your communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain organized records of property information, prepare invoices, and handle official receipts, gaining practical experience in administrative accuracy and financial handling.
  • Design engaging materials such as newsletters, announcements, and infographics to keep residents updated and informed, allowing you to unleash your creativity in a professional setting.
  • Participate in planning events that foster a sense of community among residents, providing hands-on experience in event management and community-building initiatives.
  • Get involved in special projects such as contributing to drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manuals, and checklists, and recommend process improvements to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.

Who are we looking for?

  • Candidates pursuing a Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Property Management, Building Maintenance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn about property management operations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Prior experience in events management and design skills would be an added advantage.
