As a BSC intern, you will get the chance to create engaging content for our internal and external communications. You will also be getting involved in company events, campaigns and corporate functions/tours/visits.

What's your job scope like?

Brand & Communications

  • Assist in compiling monthly highlights for Sunway Property newsletter.
  • Assist in tracking of progress and information/ documents needed for award submissions.

Events

  • Assist in event coordination & planning – CSR, Sponsorship and other Township Events.
  • Liaise with the press including email correspondence and follow ups on media attendance.
  • Printing and preparation of media kit.
  • Tracking of newspaper coverage on Sunway City Iskandar Puteri.
  • Event and Township related photography.

Administrative

  • Assist with daily administrative duties and paperwork - this includes but not limited to departmental billing and processing invoices, preparation of purchase approvals etc.
  • Attend bi-weekly marketing meetings and taking minutes.
  • Assist with all other miscellaneous work where needed.

Who are we looking for?

  • Candidate who possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Public Relations/Corporate Communication.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Good writing and reporting skills.
  • Experienced in digital media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.

Other internship specifics:

  • Working location is in Sunway City Iskandar Puteri, Johor
  • Minimum internship period is 3 months / 12 weeks.
