**Core Job Responsibilities**

**Public Relations**:

- Assist in developing and implementing PR strategies to improve brand visibility and reputation.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and community partners.
- Coordinate press releases, designs and collaterals and other promotional materials.
- Assist in media/professional photo and video shootings on campuses.

**Community Events**:

- Plan and execute community engagement events, workshops, and activities that promote the school network across CEG.
- Collaborate with local organizations/brands and stakeholders to foster partnerships.

**Social Media Management**:

- Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand values.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize follower and engagement strategies.

**Website Support**:

- Assist in maintaining and updating the branded websites.
- Ensure all content is current, relevant, and reflects our brand messaging.

**Regional Outreach**:

- Support marketing initiatives in nearby markets including Indonesia, adapting strategies to meet local needs and cultural contexts.
- Engage with local communities to promote our educational offerings.

**Qualifications**

**We’d love to speak with you if you have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is essential.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Experience in public relations, community engagement, or event coordination is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is preferred
