**About the Role**:
We are looking for a passionate and creative **Partnership & Brand Activation Executive** to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving strategic partnerships, executing impactful brand activation campaigns, and building strong collaborations with influencers to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, source, and develop new partnership opportunities while maintaining and strengthening existing relationships.
- Negotiate partnership agreements that align with company values and objectives.
- Conceptualize and execute creative brand activation campaigns to increase brand awareness and community engagement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and deliver successful activations and events.
- Identify and manage relationships with social media influencers and local partners to expand brand reach.
- Track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of partnerships and activation campaigns, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with the Operations & Community teams to tailor activations and collaborations based on audience needs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in partnership management, brand activations, or marketing (B2B and B2C).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Self-motivated, problem-solving attitude, and a team player.
- Passion for coworking spaces, real estate trends, and community-driven marketing.

**Working Hours**:

- Johor Bahru: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Kuala Lumpur: Monday-Thursday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM | Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

**Travel Requirements**:

- Occasional travel may be required for campaigns, partnership meetings, and events.
