**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Responsible in determining the best and most efficient uses of available resources, including equipment and staff to meet production goals.
- Responsible in ensuring all dispensing, mixing, filling and packaging processes are executed according to approved procedures and complying with GMP requirements.
- Establish and enforce company policies and safety procedures for staffs.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.
- Responsible to ensure that the required initial and continuous training of production personnelare carried out and adapted according to requirement.
- Recommend changes in workflow, operations and equipment to maximize productionefficiency.
- Responsible for all qualifications and validations related to Production is properly executed anddocumented.
- To ensure production line clearance check is strictly implemented.
- To prepare production related documentation.
- Investigate problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions.
- To ensure that the production records are evaluated and signed by an authorized person beforesend to quality control.
- Responsible for reporting any non-conformities and deviations to the Production & WarehouseManager to ensure immediate rectification.
- Any other duties whenever assigned.

**QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT**
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Science or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in manufacturing environment.
- Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Able to carry out role independently with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- A proactive, committed and result oriented team player.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
